- You may apply for sales tax exemption with LaptopTraveller once we have your tax-exempt certificate on file. When you make your first tax-exempt purchase, you enter your tax exemption certificate number on the comment box during Checkout. Then fax your state- or federal government-issued certificate to 800-951-4092 within 72 hours for verification purposes. Be sure to include your order number on your fax.
Until we receive and approve your forms all your LaptopTraveller orders will be taxed, but the sales tax you pay will be refunded as soon as your tax-exempt status is approved. - What happens if an item is on backordered?
- In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will contact you via telephone or email for the estimated arrival time of the delayed shipment. When you have confirmed with us your decision to wait for the shipment, your item will be shipped to you automatically when it becomes available.
- How do I cancel my order?
- You may cancel your order as long as the order is not charged or processed. We strongly recommend you to e-mail us by 3:00PM EST / 12:00PM PST. - Orders Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii could only choose air ( second day air or next day air) shipping method. Please note that some locations in Alaska and Hawaii require additional transit time.
- Could I pick up my order personally?
- No. LaptopTraveller does not offer will-call since our products are shipped through multiple warehouses in different locations.
