1. Shop early! Orders may take several days to process before being shipped and popular products may sell out as the holidays approach. Shop early to ensure you get what you want and to allow time for exchanges and returns.

5. Provide Accurate Shipping Information. Please make sure the shipping address (street number, city, state and zip) is entered accurately on the order form. Include helpful delivery information such as company, school, suite number, floor number, apartment number, etcetera.
6. Provide Accurate Billing Information. Avoid processing delays by providing us with the billing address for your credit card. (This is the address where your credit card bill is mailed.) Orders cannot be shipped without proper billing information.
7. Provide Valid Email Address. Email is the primary method used to communicate with you about your order. Please verify that the email address you provide is correct. An incorrect email address or a spam filter/email blocker (of our emails) will prevent you from receiving a shipping confirmation as well as any other important communication regarding the status of your order.
8. Hawaii and Alaska. 3Day shipping is not available to Hawaii and Alaska. Please select Standard, 2Day or Next Day. (Delivery timeframes may vary depending on location.)
9. Track Delivery. We recommend tracking the status of your package so you know when to expect delivery.
