Shipping Policy


1. LaptopTraveller offers UPS, Fedex, or U.S. Postal Service at our discretion. Shipping choices are:

  • Standard Shipping-- Shipped via the USPS or UPS/Fedex, 3 - 7 business days anywhere within the USA
  • 3 Days Select------- Shipped via Fedex or UPS, typically by the end of the 3rd business day
  • Second Day Air----- Shipped via FedEx or UPS, usually by the end of the second business day
  • Next Day Air-------- Shipped via FedEx or UPS Next Day
  • Orders Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii could only choose air ( second day air or next day air) shipping method. Please note that some locations in Alaska and Hawaii require additional transit time.
Please note that it is the buyers responsibility to make sure the address is accurate and deliverable. We ship with USPS/UPS/FEDEX base on our own discretion. If your address is undeliverable for certain carrier, please specifiy at order comment box and we will process your order on a special case. All packages that are returned to us as undeliverable are subject to an additional shipping charge to reship the item or restocking fee.

2. We do not ship internationally or to PO Box addresses.

3. Order cut off time: Orders placed by 12 PM PST Monday - Friday typically begin order processing the same business day. Orders placed after 12 PM PST Monday - Friday, or on weekends or Holidays will begin order processing the next business weekday. Please allow 24-48 hrs for us to process your orders. You can help expedite your order by using the same shipping address as your billing address and by providing a phone number that is on file with your credit card company (alternate shipping addresses and cell phone numbers will cause order delays)

4. We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day.

5. Estimated delivery time for items we have in stock is from date of shipment provided no problems occur with your payment or shipping addresses.

6. Next Day Air Shipping & Handling: Please understand that choosing Overnight does not necessarily mean your order will be in your hands tomorrow. While most orders do ship on the same day, depending on when your order is received, some will be shipped on the following day. You will receive your order 1-2 days after the order has been processed, which in most cases is within 24 hours. We do not ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays. All expedited orders ( Second Day Air, Next Day Air) orders are waived from signature unless otherwise instructed via comments in your order form, by email or phone.

7. Back Orders: In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will contact you via telephone or email for the estimated arrival time of the delayed shipment. When you have confirmed with us your decision to wait for the shipment, your item will be shipped to you automatically when it becomes available.

9. For returns, please see details by clicking here. For all returns, shipping is pre-paid by the customer. If your order arrives damaged, we recommend that you refuse delivery, then notify our Customer Service department so that we can track the return and issue your replacement or refund in a timely manner.

10. Once a package is dropped off to our carrier for delivery, we will not have any control over the package; therefore, we can not make any guarantees after this point. In cases of errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will help resolve the dispute at our best ability, yet we will not be held responsible or liable.

11. Sales Tax: products shipped to the states of California will be charged applicable sales tax.
